2021 PATRIOT FOOTBALL INFORMATION

1. Player must have a PHYSICAL dated after May 1, 2020

2. Go to Patriot Pioneers Athletics page for the following REQUIREMENTS

      2. Take online Concussion Course
      3. Emergency Cards ( Turned in)
      4. Fill out Tryout Survey at http://falltryouts.patrioths.com
   2. These MUST BE DONE BY Tuesday Feb. 2^nd.

3. Doing a Practice SWOL screening day on Monday.  Please sign in and do your screening this Monday Feb. 1^st by 1:50 pm.

4. EQUIPMENT HANDOUT IS WEDNESDAY FEB. 3^RD.     
   1. It will be Curbside Pickup outside Door 13
   2. 12^TH – 11^TH Grade 4 – 5 pm
   3. 10^th – 9^th Grade 5 – 6 pm

5. Equipment handed out Wednesday (as needed):
   1. Helmet
   2. Mouthguard
      1. Due to wearing mask/gaiter Suggestion to buy own Mouthguard without attachment to face mask
   3. Shoulder Pads
   4. Practice Jerseys
   5. Practice Pants
   6. Practice Belt
   7. Girdles
   8. Knee Pads
   1. Players are encouraged to use their own girdles/pads due to everything being kept at home and having no use of locker room.

6. Items needed for PRACTICE that will not be provided:
   1. Everything being worn under Patriot practice equipment is players responsibility
   2. Dri – Fit Tops / sweats
   3. Shorts /sweats
   4. Due to no ability to do laundry , players will not be made to wear Patriot gear under pads as we did last year. 

7. Items needed for GAMEDAY that will not be provided:
   1. Due to weather and no ability to do laundry , Dri- Fits will not be given out this year. 
   2. Players are responsible for Dri – Fit
      1. Must be All White
      2. Can be long sleeve or no sleeve
      3. Zero writing is allowed on the visible shirt

      1. Must be All White
      2. No stripes or writing
      3. Can be long or Calf length, Socks must show!
8. Things that MUST be done DAILY:
   1. Complete prescreening on SWOL between 6:30am-1:50pm – if practice begins before 2:00pm then 1 hours before start time (must be done by the student- not the parents)-Recommend as soon as you wake up! If after 2 pm, you will not play in practice or game!!
   2. Arrive before Practice ten minutes early. Any earlier you will have to wait in car. 3:50-4:00 pm is Check in, any later you have to check in with AD/AT before allowed to practice.

   5. Bring and wear mask / gaiter
      1. Literally has changed twice the last day on if Gaiters will be allowed. As of right now, Gaiters are allowed while wearing helmet.
