Patriot Wrestling Pre-season conditioning

Hello Patriot Wrestling Family,

We will host pre-season optional workouts Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays after school from 2:15-4:30 starting Tuesday September 8th (We will meet in the aux gym afterschool).  Please make sure your athlete brings the proper gear for the workouts.  They will need wrestling gear (headgear,shoes, shorts, tshirt) for mat days and running shoes and workout clothes everyday.  We will be in the weight room at least twice a week and on the mat once a week.  Please make sure your athlete is hydrating during the day and eating healthy so as to be ready for a hard workout. Make note that ALL WRESTLERS MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL ON FILE to participate in any pre-season or in season workout.
