Coach Jewett is very invested with Patriot High School. Jewett is a class of 2013 graduate and played under the program’s first coach, Coach Sammy Serrano. While playing for Patriot, Coach Jewett was a second team all conference selection and a two-year starter for the Pioneers. Upon graduation, Coach Jewett attended Greensboro College, in North Carolina, where he was a two time Academic All Conference athlete. At Greensboro, teams hesitated to run on Coach Jewett, as he holds the programs record for runners caught stealing, Jewett also holds the record for Caught Stealing %. After finishing up a four-year career that saw him receive accolades as an excellent player and student, Coach Jewett received his degree in Criminal Justice.
