Reminder the first Cross Country practice is at 8am on Monday, 8/1, at the track. See everyone tomorrow. Bring all your paperwork if you haven't submitted it yet.

There will be an informational meeting for all those interested in running Cross Country next fall. We will go over requirements and the such.
Physicals must be dated after May 1, 2016 and must be turned in with the eligibility sheet.
All athletes must participate in concussion training. In-person is required for all those who haven't taken it before. Dates are available on the pwcs and school websites.
