Practice, First Week!
August 4th will only be paperwork check in and practice. We start at 5 and will be done by 7. There will be NO parent meeting on the 4th.
August 5th - Bristoe Station, 8am - 1015.
August 6th - Bristoe Station, 8am - 1000.
August 7th - Bristoe Station, 6pm- around 8. Girls will run at 7, boys at 715.
August 8th - Patriot Track, 8am - cuts will be made at the end of practice at 9am. Pick up at Commons 2 at 900am. The athletes will be coming our once they are done. With 5 coaches, it should not take long.
For those who make the team. There will be the Fall parents meeting at the Patriot Auditorium at 630pm on Monday August 11th.

First Practice and paperwork check-in
We will have practice at 5pm on Monday, August 4th and will be done by 7. Please bring all of your paperwork. Please come if will not have your paperwork completed on time. You will not be able to participate, but I don't want you to miss valuable information.
