Please report to baseball field dressed and ready by 2:45PM for tryouts.  Reminder you must have your physical and concussion training form turned in to me or Mr. Qualls (Activities Director), or you will not be permitted to tryout.

Patriot HS will host our Spring Sports Concussion Training on Wednesday February 8th at 6:30pm in the auditorium.  All freshmen and new students that have not already taken the concussion training this school year must attend if you plan on trying our for a Spring sport.  Middle school concussion training can NOT be used for high school sports.  If you can not attend on February 8th, please find another location that better fits your schedule.  The rest of the concussion training schedule can be found at: Concussion Training Dates

The student and a parent or guardian must BOTH attend the meeting to get credit.
