I have posted the off season workout schedule for August 2019 through October 2019 on the team page under team files. Beginning August 19th, open mat workouts will be held in the evenings . Just a reminder, you must have a current physical to participate.
I have started looking at different vendors for apparel/ clothing. If anyone has any suggestions on items the team would wish to purchase i.e. shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, etc. email me and let me know.

* Bring your wrestling shoes to each workout.
For this week, we have voluntary workouts on

July 17 (wed) 4:00pm-5:30pm open mat
July 18 (thurs) 4:00pm-5:30 pm conditioning/ gym
* Please bring your wrestling shoes/headgear to each practice. Based on the turnout, we may have an open mat rather than being in the gym.
The following wrestlers represented Patriot at the Virginia Tech Team Competition Camp; Connor Callaway, Major McCoy, Vincenzo Corvetto, Zach Yelton, Austin Zehring, and Hunter Swanson. We teamed up with Brentsville High School wrestlers to finish with a 6-3 record. Our wrestlers had anywhere from 10 to 12 matches and were coached and instructed by Virginia Tech wrestlers. It was a great experience for all that attended. Thank you wrestlers and parents.
Just a reminder last years physical expires at the end of the month unless there was a physical completed on and after May 1,2019. If you have been attending off season workouts, you need a current physical to participate.
Just a reminder, off season workouts for wrestling begin next Monday, June 17th (4pm-5:30 pm). Meet at Door 20 next to the weight room. We will be doing circuit training in the gym and some running afterward. Please dress accordingly and wear your running shoes. Also bring water. Please bring your emergency information cards and new physical forms if they have been done. Remember physicals completed last year expire at the end of June. To continue offseason workouts a new physical needs to be completed. These workouts are voluntary. I look forward to meeting everyone. Coach Whited
