Boys Varsity Wrestling
The out of season workout schedule for wrestling has been posted under the files section of the website for June, July, August 2019.
Just a reminder, off season workouts for wrestling begin next Monday, June 17th (4pm-5:30 pm). Meet at Door 20 next to the weight room. We will be doing circuit training in the gym and some running afterward. Please dress accordingly and wear your running shoes. Also bring water. Please bring your emergency information cards and new physical forms if they have been done. Remember physicals completed last year expire at the end of June. To continue offseason workouts a new physical needs to be completed. These workouts are voluntary. I look forward to meeting everyone. Coach Whited
