The Pioneers opened the season with a 3rd place finish out of 16 teams at the Patriot Challenge at Bristow Manor Golf Course. Colin Caporal led the Pioneers with a round of 76. Also contributing to the pioneers total of 313 were Morgan Mugnolo (78), Hunter Meade (78), and Cameron Knight (81). Morgan Mugnolo placed 1st among all female participates at the tournament.
