The weight room has reopened after the VHSL Dead Period. We are lifting every Monday-Wednesday-Friday after school from 2:20pm until 4pm. Any player who is not playing a spring sport should be attending. The weight room is also open before school for anybody participating in a spring sport. See Coach Toweson for details.
Students currently in the 8th grade are not allowed to participate in these sessions per PWCS regulations. They may begin lifting with us on Monday, June 19.

Patriot Football Fans,
Our spectators need to uphold the value of good sportsmanship at all times. Our fan behavior and comments are a reflection on our football program as a whole. We encourage and need our fans to portray positive enthusiasm at all of our contests. Our fans are an integral part of our team and any negativity is counteractive to our program's goals and have a negative impact on our student-athletes, coaching staff, and game officials. Let the coaches coach, the officials officiate, and the spectators be positive.
Go Pioneers!

Equipment
Players must provide their own cleats, shorts, socks and t-shirts.
Players should wear light colored t-shirts.
Players are expected to wash their practice equipment. NO BLEACH.
Do NOT put knee pads in the drier.
Lockers
Each player will be issued a locker and a lock.
The coaching staff will do everything in its power to secure the locker room. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. As a result, locks must be secured on each locker at all times to help limit the threat of theft. The best prevention is to leave all valuable items and money at home.
