There is a new process for collecting physical and registering for a sport for the 2025-2026 school year.  This process will be used at all PWCS high schools.  Please see below.

Athletic Registration

It's that time of year again! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in athletics for the 2025-2026 school year.

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST upload their students’ most recent physical to ensure eligibility for participation. We have simplified this process through online digital registration.

Please follow these steps:

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family).

• You may create your account by clicking here.

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

• If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call us at 800-311-4060.

3. Complete your pre-participation registration:

• Select the Pre-Participation for Athletics 2025-2026 program from the Patriot High School Registration Site.
• Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.

We will be opening our athletic registration soon, which will allow you to select the sports you wish to participate in for the 2025-2026 school year. Once athletic registration is open, you may register for sports by visiting the Patriot High School Registration Site.
