Tuesday will be serve as our first day of tryouts for the 2026 season. All tryout participants should meet in the hallway near the weight room.  Tryout time will be from 2:30-4:30 pm and will most likely be inside.  All participants should wear turfs or sneakers if we are inside.  Participants should wear baseball pants and all returning players should wear Patriot gear from prior seasons. Please make sure we are ready to go at 2:30, you should arrive no later than 2:20 ready to go. Please pack warm clothes in the small chance we do something outside. 

If you are interested in trying out for baseball at Patriot please come to the sign up/interest meeting Thursday February 12 in Room 1404 (Coach Grove's) room at 2:30 pm.  Please be on time, have something to write with and know all of your clothing sizes.  The meeting will last about 45 minutes to an hour and will detail the evaluation process for tryouts.  We hope to see you there.  If you have questions, please contact Coach Grove (grovens@pwcs.edu) immediately.  

Due to cold temperatures and a windchill making it feel extremely cold, there will be no speed work/conditioning outside today. We will be back at it tomorrow at our normal time for weightlifting right after school.

Today’s speed work/conditioning has been cancelled. We will finish our week tomorrow with our normally scheduled weight lifting at 2:30. See you then! 

Today's baseball workout has been cancelled due to wet field conditions.  We will be back out at the field on Monday.  Please remember we are only Monday and Tuesday next week; Thursday will be an off day due to the PWCS holiday on Thursday.  

Today's baseball work has been cancelled to allow the field another day to dry out.  We should be good to go Monday.  Monday we will hit BP on the field and next Thursday we will intrasquad.  Please remember we do not work out on off days.  We will be off Tuesday for a PWCS religious holiday! 

Today's fall ball workout is being cancelled due to possible rain in the area.  In the best interest of the athletes and their transportation home we are going to play it safe and cancel today's workout.  We will resume workouts on Thursday with our normally scheduled workout.  We are monitoring weather for tomorrow which could impact Thursday depending on how much rain we get.  We will keep all participants posted as needed.
