Patriot Athletics is excited to announce Claudia Lenahan as Patriot's head field hockey coach

Patriot High School is excited to announce Claudia Lenahan (Patriot Class of 2022) as the Pioneers head field hockey coach. As a student-athlete at Patriot, Coach Lenahan was a three year All-District selection, 2020 Cedar Run District Player of Year, and 2021 Region Player of the Year. She continued her athletic and academic career at Shenandoah University where she was a four year starter for the Hornets field hockey team. She was a four-time Old Dominion Athletic Conference selection, four-year NFHCA Academic Squad, and Regional Nominee. She led the Hornets to an ODAC Championship in 2024 as well as an NCAA Tournament appearance. Coach Lenahan is currently a Hammers Field Hockey Club Coach. She is excited to return to her alma mater to lead the Pioneers in the Fall of 2026. Coach Lenahan will have an interest meeting for all female students interested in joining the Patriot field hockey program in the near future. Info will be posted at www.patriotpioneers.org
