FREEDOM (WOODBRIDGE): 6
The Pioneer win streak extended to 3 games with a 41-3 victory over previously undefeated Freedom. A swarming defense limited Freedom to 172 total yards including a 12 for 33 passing effort for the visiting Eagles. Timmy Keenan played his best game to date as did fellow linebackers Jake Jenkins and Vic Ceglie. Will Gillespie made a key interception to spark the Pioneers. JJ Johnson and Gillespie both had exciting hits on defense.
Cody Agnew had a big night passing for 230 yards on just 15 passes. Both Nick Mathews and Quinitn Reynolds had over 100 yards receiving and a touchdown. Nick Ferrari-Smith (17 carries for 92 yards) scored two more touchdowns and Jake Caparella (7 carries for 31 yards) also scored. Jamey Corcoaran was a perfect 5 for 5 on extra points and was 2 for 2 on field goals.
