The Pioneers won their second consecutive game beating Woodbridge in their home opener 45-22. Patriot raced to a 38-0 lead before surrendering 3 late touchdowns. The defense limited Woodbridge to 92 total yards in the first three quarters. They were led by Charles Egbue, Brian Smith, Josh Roebuck, and JJ Johnson. Jake Caparella, JJ Johnson and Josh Roebuck all intercepted passes.
Nick Ferrari-Smith rushed for over 100 yards for the third consecutive game gaining 168 yards on 18 carries. Jake Caparella added 91 yards on 21 carries. Codya Agnew was 9 for 18 for 169 yards, with Quintin Reynolds catching 5 passes for 81 yards and Nick Mathews gaining 79 yards on 3 catches.
