Patriot High School
CEDAR RUN DISTRICT MEET #2 - Rescheduled to January 10, 2018.
The SPIRIT WEAR STORE IS OPEN and we have added a few more items. Also note that the logo reads "Track and Field" and not just "Track." This was an oversight on our part and hopefully it will not be an issue as I felt it was important to include all events. If you have already placed your order(s), please review you it, and I apologize if this will cause any inconvenience. Below is the link to the webstore. The deadline is still Sunday, December 17, 2017.
We have the Bobcat Blizzard Invitational meet on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at Battlefield High School. The information sheet regarding the meet is posted on "Team files." Please dress warmly as it is going to cold.
CONGRATULATIONS to the following student-athletes who have been selected as Team Captains:
|Denise Brookman-Amissah||Michelle Valcich|
|Mattilyn Chadwick||Linsay Yentz|
|Sonja Tay - Throwers|
|Cameron Biendl||Gavin Brown - Pole Vault|
|Tyler Birge - Throwers||Ryan Hamacher|
|Dorryen Henley||Miles Plhamus|
|Matthew Wilson||Chris Skibinski|
Friendly Reminder Regarding Bus Transportation:
NOTE: No athlete is allowed to drive themselves to and from meets/invitationals. All student athletes must ride the bus to and from meets/invitationals unless approved by Mr. Qualls and Head Coach Hawk.
Here is the link to order your uniform. Everyone that did not run cross country this year needs to order both top and bottom. All orders are due by this Thursday 11/30. There is also link posted under the team link tab.
Coach Connor is working on new uniforms. Currently, the issue is the same with cross-country. Availability for uniforms from vendors is in the pits. We have two meets next Wednesday and Saturday and we are encouraging any athlete who has an extra uniform to another athlete who is competing.
Stay tuned for more announcements. Thank you!
Dear Track & Field Athletes and Parents,
It is an honor to be given the opportunity to serve you in the capacity of head coach of a strong and successful track & field program. My hope is to continue the excellent leadership that has already been established. Our goals as a coaching team is to provide the training needed so that our athletes can experience individual growth and have a personal best every time they compete. We are fortunate to already have many athletes with great leadership skills, work ethic, dedication, and characteristics of champions. This ultimately develops a team that desires to succeed at every level throughout our season, and will result in many recognitions, including adding more trophies to our PTHS Track & Field showcase. Your support is always appreciated and we look forward to a successful winter indoor track and field season.
